Vintage from 1991 Artwork Chicago. I thought first glance it was Precious Moments. It is not. I'm not sure what this even is as it's in its packaging and I didn't want to even open as it's vintage. Seems to me like a hanging piece or maybe like a wind chime has it has the chains showing for hanging.
I am selling this as whatever you think it might be. 🤣
I canf find any others online so it is really rare!! Its very cute and fits for a lot of different decor. So I think it's a huge score either way!
