Vintage King Features Syndicate Popeye toy. It's a soft hammer toy. It also has the the suction cup on it that woukd go to the car window ( or atleast that's how I remember using it!)
It's overall clean and in okay condition for its age and used. But does have a few cuts in the material as I shown in the pictures!
