Vintage 1980s GI Joe Sheriff action figure. He's in great shape but does seem to be missing maybe a hat? Seems very rare as I can't find a thing about him or any like him online. Which could be a great thing as he's rare!! Matches with some GI Joe's but also says 1977 Bieman Made in Hong Kong!
